Ellen Schouppe
graduated as Work and Organization psychologist and did the successful transition to the elite sport world after more than 10 years of talent development within the HR business world.
As a Sports Psychologist she has provided her expertise to various national teams over the past ten years, including the Belgian Cats (basketball), the Red Panthers (hockey) and the Belgian Cheetahs (4x 400m relay team) and the mixed relay team 4x400m.
Her childhood dream came true when in the summer of 2021 she was officially appointed by the BOIC as trust person off our Belgian delegation of elite athletes at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Her teams, the Belgian Cats & Belgian Cheetahs realized a top performance by finishing both 7th.
In addition, she coaches top teams in Belgium and abroad in clubs such as the football clubs of RSC Anderlecht, Feyenoord and Gantoise Hockey Club.
Today she also coaches top teams in the business world to become high performing teams, based on the Smart Mind methodology she developed for elite sports teams.
Tara Kuklis
graduated as a Work and Organization psychologist. During her study she already took her first steps in the elite sports world by coaching elite youth football teams.
During one of the Smart Mind trainings, Ellen noticed her and this was the beginning of their collaboration.
She provides her expertise to top teams in Belgium and abroad in clubs such as the football club of OHL, the Yellow Flames and hockey club Wellington.
Today she also coaches teams in the business world to become high performing teams, based on the Smart Mind methodology.
Joy Jouret
is a former player of the National Field Hockey team of Belgium. Joy has a university degree in Journalism and Communication, in Political Sciences and in Teaching.
She is currently completing a Master in Clinical Psychology at university of Louvain.
Joy is Head Coach of u18 National Team & Head Coach of Waterloo Ducks 1st Women’s team.
She’s also an Educator for the International and European Hockey federations. Joy is passionate about travelling, reading, photography and Art in all its forms.
